CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION

DESCRIPTION OF USE
This Conditional Use Application is for the approval of a 4'x6' ft. wood framed
building to be located on the Northeast corner of Harks Corner, which is located
on the corner of Franklin and Linder Roads in Meridian. This building will be
used for the business of vehicle emissions testing.
Harks Corner currently operates a Shell Station, C-Store, and Carwash on the
property. In addition, Harks Corner subleases to Arctic Circle and the Perfect
Cup. Harks Corner is owned and operated by Larry Van Hees and Jeffrey Hall.
Both Mr, Van Hees and Mr. Hall will own and operate the vehicle emissions
testing center.
It has been determined that the residents in the area would like to see a vehicle
emissions testing center on the property. The property serves as an excellent
location for visibility and traffic flow. There are no existing parking spots that
would be affected.
AGREEMENT TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES
L & J Capital Ventures hereby agree to pay any additional sewer, water, trash
fees or charges, if any, associated with the use.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
L & J Capital Ventures will post the subject properly not less than 10 days prior
to the public hearing. Posting will contain the name of the applicant, description
of conditional use, and time and date of public hearing.
