applicant, Wenco Inc., respectfully requests Planned Development approval to
struct a second building with adrive-through to a single legal Lot of Record.
application request was conceptually approved under the Wendy's approval
UP01-023) and the existing access, utilities, and perimeter landscaping in
hlVe believe this application constitutes a Conditional Use as determined by city
policy, is harmonious and consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, is harmonious
in character with the general vicinity and will not adversely affect neighboring
uses. The proposal is serviced with essential public facilities, will not create
additional requirements at public expense and is a use that is not detrimental to
persons, property or the gerieral welfare. Thus, we would trust a positive
recommendation would result.
