A Pre-Council meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, September 20, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad
Hoaglun, and David Zaremba.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I would move to approve the Precouncil agenda as printed.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. Okay. All in favor
say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
3. Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(a)(d)(f) - (a) To
Consider Hiring a Public Officer, Employee, Staff Member or Individual
Agent, Wherein the Respective Qualities of Individuals are to be Evaluated
in Order to Fill a Particular Vacancy or Need, (d) To Consider Records That
Are Exempt From Disclosure as Provided In Chapter 3, Title 9, Idaho Code;
and (f) To Consider and Advise its Legal Representatives in Pending
Litigation
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(a)(b)(d)
and(f).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adjourn now into Executive Session.
