A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July
5, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie
Rountree and David Zaremba.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jacy Jones.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Hoaglun: I would move to adopt the agenda as printed.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second. All those favor?
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1 ~(c)(fi~ - (c) To
Conduct Deliberations Concerning Labor Negotiations or to Acquire
an Interest in Real Property, Which is Not Owned By a Public
Agency; and (f~ To Consider and Advise its Legal Representatives in
Pending Litigation
Hoaglun: I would move to go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345
(1)(c) and (f).
Bird: Second.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Hoaglun, aye; Zaremba, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Into Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. and out of at 7:08 p.m.)
