Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no conmrent on the above-referenced application
for City Council Review of Director's Decision to Deny Certificate of Zoning Compliance to
Construct a Third Access Point to E. Central Drive, a Designated Collector Street, in
Accordance with UDC 11-3A-3 for Joint School District #2 Central Drive Access ONLY.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
roust review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
It is recommended that in~igation water be made available to all developments within the
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.
