This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 6`~ day of July,
1999, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within
which to submit the Final Development Plan as provided in § 11-9-604 F 2., and
good cause appearing:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
from the date of this Order within which to submit the Final Development Plan for
the above entitled subdivision application.

Will: Here are the final plat mylar sheet No.1 and No.2 for this subdivision for your
signature. I have reviewed the plat sheets and find that they conform with my
requirements and acxordingly I have signed plat sheet No.2 in the appropriate space.
I couldn't find any record of City Counal approval of the CCR's however, I don't know if
that is a requirement anymore, even though it is still in the orclinance book. I have
reviewed the CCR's and returned a review copy to Gordon Anderson, who represents
Mr. Van Auker.
Thaf is about all the good news I have from here except, IT'S FRIDAYIIII!!I

the City to allow us to extend the approval period for review and signatures.
