The Meridian City Council special joint meeting was called to order at 1:32 P.M.
on Monday, July 11, 2011 by Ada County Highway District Commissioner
Rebecca Arnold.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird and Brad Hoaglun,
David Zaremba and Charlie Rountree.
Staff Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman, Jacy Jones, Tom Barry, Tim Curns, C.
Caleb Hood, and Robert Simison.
Ada County. Highway District Commissioners: John Franden, Carol McKee,
Rebecca Arnold, Sara Baker, Dave Case.
City of Boise Members Present: Mayor Dave Bieter, Elaine Clegg, David Eberle,
Maryanne Jordan
City of Garden City Members Present: Mayor John Evans, Pam Beaumont, Mike
