To Whom It May Concern:
Please find attached a conditional use application for a new 6,957 S.F. Idaho Central Credit Union. The
proposed credit union is located in block 3 of the Resolution Subdivision No. 1. The new facility is located
on the eastern half of this block such that future development of this block may occur to the west.
The credit union will include a drive thru consisting of four lanes. The lane immediately adjacent to the
building will be dedicated for the ATM and night deposit box, while the remaining three lanes will be used
for regular business hour transactions.
The site is designed to provide three points of vehicular access. Two of the access points are located on
Celebration Avenue, one of which will be dedicated to one way traffic for the drive thru, the other will be two
way traffic. The third access point will be located on East Gala Street and will be two way traffic.
The building exterior finishes include stone veneer, exterior insulation finish system (EIFS), prefinished
metal fascia and trim and a prefinished metal roof. Glazing will be a tinted reflective glass in aluminum
frames.
