A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:OO p.m., Tuesday, June
14, 2011, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun, Charlie
Rountree and David Zaremba.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jacy Jones.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Hoaglun: I would move to adopt the agenda as printed.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second. All those favor?
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(f): (f) To
Consider and Advise Its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
Bird: I would move to go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345
(1)(f).
Rountree: Second.
Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Rountree, aye; Hoaglun, aye; Zaremba, aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Into Executive Session at 5:06 p.m. and out of at 6:15 p.m.)
Bird: I would move to adjourn the special meeting.
Hoaglun: Second.
