The Purchasing Department respectfully requests that the following item be placed on the
June 21, 2011 City Council Consent Agenda for Council's consideration.
Approval of Award of Bid for "Mowers" to Campbell Tractor and authorize the
Purchasing M_,anager to issue and sign a Purchase OrderlContract in the amount of
84 813.00. This award is the result of Formal IFB #PKS-11-10253 issued May 9th
and opened May 24, 2011. Four bids were received.
Recommended Council Action: Approval of Award of Bid and Authorize the
Purchasing Manager to issue and sign a Purchase ~rderlContract for the Not-
To-Exceed amount of the Low Bid Award of $84,813.00.
