In the event that such breach fails to be cured, the party demanding performance may recover such costs against the breaching party as it may incur to cure the breach. SECTION 6. NOTICES. Any and all notices required to be given by either of the parties hereto shall be in writing and deemed delivered when either: (i) delivered personally, or (ii) sent by :fax to the other party; or (iii) deposited in the United States Mail, certified, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the other party at the address set forth in the first paragraph of the Recitals section of this document, or such other :fax telephone number or mailing address as may be provided by written notice of such change given to the other in the same manner as above provided.
