NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of
the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the
Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
May 24, 2011, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications CPAM 10-002 of Ten Mile
Center, LLC for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the land
use designation on 13.85 acres of land from Mixed Use — Community (MU -C) and 20.04 acres of land
from Office to Mixed Use — Non Residential (MU -NR); application RZ 11-001 for a Rezone of 18,522 +/-
square feet from L -O (Limited Office) to I -L (Light Industrial) and 16.24 +/- acres from L -O to C -G
(General Retail and Service Commercial); and application MDA 11-002 to Modify the existing
Development Agreement to reflect the proposed rezone; modify uses allowed on the site consistent with
the UDC for the respective zone except for those specifically prohibited in the agreement; update the
owner information; and remove the requirement for conditional use permit approval of uses on lots that
abut Ustick Road, Ten Mile Road and/or the Nine Mile Creek for McNelis Subdivision generally located
off the Northwest Corner of N. Ten Mile Road and W. Ustick Road.

Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours,
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208)
884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request.
Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome
and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written
materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho
83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date
so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public
meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities
related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (208) 888-4433 at least 72
hours prior to the public meeting.
The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application. If
you have questions about the traffic that this development may generate or the impact of that traffic on

City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2011, for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the .application ZOA 11.002 of City of Meridian Public Works Department to amend the
surety section, UDC 11-5C to include clarifications, increase surety amounts and to provide for bonds
as a form of surety for Unified Development Code (UDC) Text Amendment.
