Attached are the Planning 8t Zoning Commission's recommendations and the Staff Report for
the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Development Agreement.
modification for McNelis Subdivision. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council
agenda on May 24, 2011. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue,
beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail with any questions.
