Dear Jaycee:
NaTnpa & Meridian Irrigation District has no objections to plans for Rezone or Conditional
Use Permit related issues.
However please be advised the District does not currently have an existing contract for this
pressurized system. If the new owners plan for Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District to
operate and maintain this system they will need to contact the District concerning this matter
at 466-0663.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the proposed rezoning of this
property.
However Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Nine Mile Drain & Five Mile Drain border
this property to the north and west. The easement for the Nine Mile Drain and Five Mile
Drain is one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above-referenced application for
REZONE only.
'T`his property has two (2) facilities bordering it. The District's Five Mile Drain to the north &
Nine Mile Drain in the western portion.
Please be advised the easement for each facility is one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each
side of center. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed
License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
Any future:planned development requires a Land Use Change Application for District review of
the proposed project.
