However please be advised the District does not currently have an existing contract for this pressurized system. Run-off is not to create a mosquito breeding problem. ^11. This Department would recommend deferral until high seasonal ground water can be determined if other considerations indicate approval. ^12. If restroom facilities are to be installed, then a sewage system MUST be installed to meet Idaho State Sewage Regulations. ®13. 'T`his property has two (2) facilities bordering it. The District's Five Mile Drain to the north & Nine Mile Drain in the western portion. Please be advised the easement for each facility is one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of center. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
