'T`his property has two (2) facilities bordering it. The District's Five Mile Drain to the north & Nine Mile Drain in the western portion. Please be advised the easement for each facility is one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side of center. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
