Home My WebLink AboutPH Noticing PZCITY OF MERIDIAN RE -NOTICE OF HEARING RE -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2011, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications CPAM 10-002 of Ten Mile Center, LLC for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the land use designation on 13.85 acres of land from Mixed Use — Community (MU -C) and 20.04 acres of land from Office to Mixed Use — Non Residential (MU -NR) and application RZ 11-001 for a Rezone of 18,522 +/- square feet from L -O (Limited Office) to I -L (Light Industrial) and 16.24 +/- acres from L -O to C -G (General Retail and Service Commercial) for McNelis Subdivision generally located off the Northwest Corner of N. Ten Mile Road and W. Ustick Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony.
