Broadway Ave. Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Development Agreement Modification DA to be modified A2-06-062 Dear Sonya The purpose of this Development Agreement Modification is to revise the site plan and elevations included in the original A2-06-062 Development Agreement to include a 2,700 square foot single story office and a future pad as shown in the attached site plan and elevations. The original Development Agreement was dated April 24th, 2007. The Recordation number of the original Development Agreement is 107067262. See attached copy of the original Development Agreement. The original Development Agreement needs to be modified to show the new 2,700 square foot, single story building and future pad as a replacement for of the originally proposed 14,000 square foot, two story building. We would like to revise section 5 items 5.5 and 5.6 to refer to the attached site plan and elevations showing the 2,700 square foot, single story building and future pad as a replacement for of the original site plan and elevations, showing the 14,000 square foot, two story building. The application material contains specific responses to questions fundamental to the project.
