ANNE~ATION:1955 TEN MILE ROAD ~"First Addendum"} is made this ~ ~=' da of

March, 201 I ~"Effective Date"}, by and between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Idaho thereinafter "City"}, and and Treasea and Michael
Pecchenino, whose mailing address is 1955 N. Ten Mile Road, Meridian, Idaho ~h.ereinafter
"Users"} ~collect~vely, "Parties"},
'UVREREAS, on February 22, 2Q l l ,the Parties executed an Agreement {"February 22,
2011 Agreement"}, which, among other things, granted to Users a reimbursement amount for the
connection of water and sewer services in an amount not to exceed six thousand dollars

WHEREAS, upon commencing work at the subject property, it vas discovered that
proper connection of the residence to the sewer. main will require raising the plumbing in order to
establish gravity flaw to the sewer main, which adds an additional the cost to the ro'ect in an

amount of two thousand eight hundred and eightywfive dollars x$2,885.00}, asset forth in the
estimate attached hereto as ~~c~iibx~ ~4;
NUW, T~IEREFURE, for good and. valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged and agreed, and in consideration of the mufiual promises and
covenants herein contained, and in consideration of the recitals above, which are incorporated
herein, City and Users agree as follows;
I. Section I.E.3. of the February 22, 2011 Agreement between the Parties shall be amended to
read as follows;

3. CITY Ta R.EiMBURSE USERS. Within thirty {30) days of receipt of invoice from
U-Save Excavation and '~-9 form completed and signed by Users, provided that
such work is completed by 5:~0 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, and further
provided that such costs approximate the estimates set forth in Exhibit C hereto,
far these enumerated services, City shall reimburse Users for the amount
invoiced, not to exceed $ 8 8 $ 5.00, which payment shall constitute City's total
remuneration for all costs related to these enumerated services,
II. Except as expressly modified by this First Addendum or other duly executed addenda, all
provisions of the February 22, 2011 Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. ~Io

other understanding, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to enlar a limit o '
