IRRIGATION DESIGN Consultant will revise irrigation line design with the following features: o Revise irri ation main line to 4" C-904 Purple Pipe per direction from the City. g bedding requirements to be per the City of Meridian standards. o Include 2, two wire communication cables for future sprinklers during the irri anon pipe installation. Design the system to accommodate stubbing wires g, ted at the site of the reuse water behind the curb ~n one lacat~on. wires to be loco connection, one running east one running west for the entire distance of pipe. o Pre are detail for reuse water connection which is 4"inch from the main line, p throe h a 4"normally open master valve, then through a spool and flow meter to g the mainline. This will give the system the ability to sense excessive flows and shut down if needed. Also to record flows daily with maxicom system. The Cit will send potable water and sanitary sewer stubs or services a t p Y , let#ers to all and/or new property owners to determine if potable water and/or sanitary sewer stubs are desired. The following revisions to the design may be needed; o Determine size and location of potable water and/or sanitary sewer line service stubs or services for up to 5 parcels and show on the project plans. Parametrix to coordinate locations of requested stubs and services with property owners. a Determine if permanent easements are required for up to 5 property owners to ~~""~ cover the work associated with the construction of the service stubs. E. WHITESTONE LIFT STATION SANITARY SEWER DESIGN Consultant will coordinate one (~ }property owner meeting for the purpose of acquiring a future sanity sewer main line easement through parcels 18,1 g and 20. Consultant will determine permanent utility easements, prepare legal descriptions and ma s stain ed b a Professional Land Surveyor for up to 3 properties to cover the work p ~ p y inline south of Franklin associated with the construction of the future sanitary sewer ma Road outside of existin right-of-way. These legal descriptions will be provided to the City g ~ ~ e construction of the Project Manager for City Council action prior to commencement of th project. !f the easements are not agreed to and obtained prior to construction, an alternate design will need to be done and easements obtained to facilitate removal of the 1Nh~testone Lift Station rior to commencement of construction. This task provides a contingency amount of $5,000 for the p Consultant's effort. J. CGNSTRUGTION STAKING The Owner will rovide one set of construction stakes for the project.
