2. Provide accessories for above ground storage tank not included in CO. 1, per the illI quotation of 8/5/03.
3. Provide additional options for surveying not included in C.O. I, per the GeoLine quotation of 8/18/03.
4. Substitute removable handrail posts in DAFT Pump Building per Outland quotation dated 8/6/03
5. Substitute stainless steel piping for PVC per the Lacy Mechanical quotation of 7/25/03.
Reason for Change Order: Unforeseen underground utility conditions at the time of design and bidding.
