This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 14th day of October,
2003, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension for filing the final plat,
which preliminary plat was originally approved on November 19, 2002, as provided in § 12-3-6
B, and good cause appearing.
IT I5 HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
until October 1, 2004, of this Order for the filing of the final plat for the above
entitled subdivision application.
