Subject: Highgate Subdivision AZ PP CUP
Good morning.
I received proof for the change of ownership, along with a legal description, late Wednesday afternoon from Ashley Ford on this subdivision. Due to a difference in the legal description,
(different than the one submitted with the application), I wanted confirmation of which legal should be used for the ordinance. Upon contacting Bruce Freckleton, and upon his
conversation with Ashley this morning, it appears she is a little confused about the legal. It would be best to pull the Highgate applications as Bruce will need some additional
time to sort the issue out. Therefore, it would be advisable to continue the three Highgate applications until the November 5, 2003 Council meeting. Just as soon as I get a go
ahead as to which legal to use, I will get the documents to you. If you have any questions, please give me a call. Thanks, Marlene
