On August 12, 2003, the Ada County Highway District Commissioners acted on Office Jet Subdivision.
The conditions. and requirements also apply to MCZC04-030. It appears that the one condition from the
approval of Office Jet Subdivision that applies to this application is the condition listed below:
• Pave the proposed driveway on Willowbrook Court, located approximately 110-feet west of Locust
Grove Road (minimum of 50-feet west of Locust Grove Road) to its full width (maximum 36-feet) and
at least 30-feet into the site beyond the edge of pavement of the roadway, as proposed.
