In addition I have been requested to consider the following changes in the landscape schedule. I have reviewed these items and recommend their approval, however I have advised the Owner and Contractor that approval is also needed from your office. The requested changes are as follows: Type. 1: Juniper Chinensis change to Potentilla "Butters Gold" 3 to 5 gallon 3' high at maturity spaced at 5' on center Type 3: White Oak change to Linden "Redmond" or "Little Leaf' 3"caliber 75' x 50' at maturity located as shown Type 4: Honeylocust change to Flowering. Plumb "New Port" or "Thundercloud" 3"caliber 25' high at maturity located as shown These changes have been requested by the landscaper because of lack of availability of the White Oak and because of his recommendations for improved appearance at maturity for the other substitutions. We request your consideration and approval of these items. Please advise me at your earliest convenience regarding both these substitutions and the previously ed Site Plan revision.
