PBA.doc Hi Sam, I've reviewed the plans you submitted and need you to submit 5 folded sets of plans that include the following revisions: ➢ king calculations on site plan do not meet UDC requirements (11-3C-66) (1 space is req. for ever 500 f. of gross floor area in the C -G district) .... a total of 380 spaces are required, including 8 handicap - accessible stalls. Instead of developing more of the site at this time, you could designate off-site parking on the Scentsy South site via a note on the site plan consistent with UDC 11-3C-7, since the parking ➢ Lpr vided on that site exceeds UDC requirements by 182 spaces. lanter island with a tree/landscaping needs to be added to the north end of the row of parking at the so theast corner of the building. ➢ ne tree needs to be added within the street buffer along Commercial Street on the west side of the riveway at the end of the row of parking referenced above. Also, the property boundary adjustment that was approved on May 21, 2010 has not yet been finalized; I've attached a copy of the letter granting tentative approval of the PBA with items that need to be completed prior to finalization of the PBA. This needs to be finalized before I can approve the site plan with the property in the configuration shown. Please let me know if you have any questions. If you'd like to come into the office, I can go over the revisions with you in person. Thanks, SOVVI Watters Associate City Planner City of Meridian - Planning Department 33 E.
