This letter is to confirm that the Director approved your certificate of zoning compliance
verification application for a change of use of the subject property from a flex space building to
an archery pro shop and shooting range (retail sales and indoor recreation).
The applicant shall contact Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific

If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a
final decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking
analysis under Idaho Code 67-8003.
