Mr. Parsons
With regard to the annexation of our property, it has come to my attention that you may require that we
move trailers and motor homes currently being parked on our property. I don't believe this is in keeping
with the "as is" portion of our agreement. There are two motor homes, one is ours, the other belongs to
a neighbor directly behind our property. There is a trailer home belonging to a neighbor beside us. In
addition, we have an occasional plumbing contractor's trailer and a trailer home both belonging to a
friend with a business here in Meridian. These additional vehicles are being stored for friends and
neighbors and we do not charge them for the space. They are not unsightly, our motor home and one of
the trailers as well as the plumbing trailer have been on the property since we moved here, four years in
January. The other vehicles have been here for one to two years. We have never had complaints from
any of the other neighbors, and again we let them park here because they are our friends and neighbors,
we do not charge them to park here. We would be willing to agree to not allow any additional vehicles
to park here but are not willing to require that they move them. As part of the agreement we will allow a
six foot fence to block the view from the main road which should be sufficient. We would like the
trailers currently on the property to be included with the out building "as is".
