The drain fields run into that proposed acqui ition area and according to Central
Health and City policies can not be altered o my property. In addition there is
sewer service available in the front of my pro erty that was provided by the new
subdivision across the road from me.
Through the efforts of Mr. J. Brent Smith, Rig t-of-Way consultant for the ACRD,
the only recourse we have is to hook up to th new sewer line out in front of my
ownership. I will be willing to do this, provide my zoning does not change as a
direct result of these corrective actions, that I did not wish upon myself.
Therefore, I formally request a commitrnent o the City's part that in hooking up
to the sewer servrees can be done " Prior to vexation" because my ownership
is currently and I wish it to remain category " l11".
