HomeMy WebLinkAbout2010 11-09 PreMeridian City Pre-Council Meeting November 9, 2010 The Meridian City Pre-Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 by President Councilman Charlie Rountree. Members Present: Keith Bird, Charlie Rountree, David Zaremba and Brad Hoaglun. Staff Present: Jacy Jones, Bill Nary. Item 1. Roll-call Attendance: Roll call. X David Zaremba X Brad Hoaglun X Charlie Rountree X Keith Bird X Mayor Tammy de Weerd Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda: Hoaglun: I move we adopt the agenda. Bird: Second. De Weerd: A motion and a second to approve the agenda. All those in favor say aye. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)0 - To Consider and Advise Its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f). Hoaglun: Second. De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session. All those in favor. Roll Call Vote: Hoaglun, aye; Rountree, aye; Bird, aye; Zaremba, aye. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. (Into Executive Session at 5:02 p.m. and out at 6:15 p.m.) Bird: I move we adjourn the Executive Session. Rountree: Second. De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to come out of Executive Session. All those in favor. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. De Weerd: I will entertain a motion to adjourn. Bird: So moved. Rountree: Second. De Weerd: A motion and a second to adjourn. ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED. MEETING ADJOURNED AT 6:15 P.M.
