Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Keith Bird, Brad Hoaglun and President David Zaremba. Item 1: Roll-call Attendance: Roll call. Item 3: Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(f) - To Consider and Advise Its Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation Into Executive Session at 5:02 p.m. Out of Executive Session at 6:06 p.m. Bird: Madam Mayor? de Weerd: Mr. Bird. Bird: I move we come out of Executive Session. Rountree: Second. de Weerd: Motion and second to come out of Executive Session. All those in favor say aye. All ayes.
