RECOMMENDATION TO CITY
COUNCIL
The property is located at Venable Lane, Meridian.
2. The owner of record of the subject property is Howell Murdoch Development Corp. of
same address.
3. Applicant is 7iJB Engineers
4. The subject property is within the city limits of the City of Meridian.
5. The entire parcel of the property is included within the Meridian Urban Service Planning
Area as the Urban Service Planning Area is defined in the Meridian Comprehensive Plan.
6. The application requests the easement vacation of aright-of--way easement located along
the alignment of Venable Lane, parallel to N. Rhodes Ave..
There are no significant or scenic features of major importance that affect the
consideration of this application.
8. The applicant obtained notarized approval of the easement vacation from affected
utilities.
RECOMMENDATION
The Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
of the City of Meridian that they approve the accessory use permit as requested by the applicant
subject to the following:
A. Adopt the Special Recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission as follows:
1. Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of VAC 03-005.
