The Meridian City Council special meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. on
Tuesday, September 7, 2010, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Keith Bird, David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree and Brad
Hoaglun.
Staff Present: Jacy Jones, Bill Nary.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

X Mayor Tammy de Weerd
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Hoaglun: I move we approve the agenda as proposed.
Zaremba: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adopt the agenda as proposed. All those
in favor say aye.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Item 3. Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c)(d)(f1(j) -
(c) To conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or
to acquire an interest in real property, which is not owned by a
public agency, (d) To Consider Records That are Exempt from
Disclosure as Provided in Chapter 3, Title 9, Idaho Code, (f) To
Consider and Advise its Legal Representatives in Pending
Litigation, and (j) To Engage in Communications With a
Representative of the Public Agency's Risk Manager or
Insurance Provider to Discuss the Adjustment of a Pending
Claim or Prevention of a Claim Imminently Likely to be Filed.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-
2345(1)(c), (1)(d), (1)(f) and (1)Q).
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to go into Executive Session.

ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Executive Session: (Into at 5:32 p.m. and out of at 7:10 p.m.)
De Weerd: I move we adjourn the Executive Session.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: It has been moved and seconded to come out of Executive Session.
All those in favor.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
Rountree: Move to adjourn.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor.
ALL AYES. MOTION CARRIED.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:10 P.M.
