RESOLUTION N0. 53
A RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER HOOK-UP CHARGES FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, that the following sewer hook-up charges are adopted;
Sewer Hook-up $160.00
That the following designated operations shall require the following
number of hook-ups;
Bank, per 3000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Club or Private Lodge, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Garage, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Office unit, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Restaurant, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Retail Food Store, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Retail Store, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Single Family Residence, 1 hook-up
Swimming Pool, per 5(~ square feet, 1 hook-up
Variety Store, per 3,000 square feet, 1 hook-up
Dentist, per 3,000 square feet or each Practitioner, 1 hook-up
Department Store, per 3,000 square feet 1 hook-up
Doctor, per 3,000 square feet or each Practitioner, 1 hook-up

Church, 2 hook-ups
That the following establishments shall be computed upon application
to the City Council:
Car Dealer
Car Wash
Laundry
Mobile Home Court
Motel
Multiple Living Unit
Service Station
Schools
Light Manufacturing
Dry Cleaners
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Meridian, this 1st day of
October, 1973.
