A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF .AN ESTIMATE OF EXPENSES
FOR ALL PURPOSES FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADr~ COUNTY, IDAHO, FOR
TTY FISCAL Y-.~AR BEGINNING. THE FIRST D~~Y OF ~2AY, 195b, AND ENDING
THE 30th OF APRIL, L951, AND-GIVING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PRIOR TO 1'.~SSAGE OF THE ANNUAL APPRCPRIATIOTS BILL.
BE . IT ORDA II~TED BY THE MAYORAND ~ ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~RIDIAN, AD.A COUNTY, IDAHO:-
Section~l. That the following classified estimate of the
probably.amount of money necessary to be raised for all purposes
in the Eity of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, for the fiscal year
beginning the first day of May, 1950, and ending the 30th day of

April, 1951, be published in the Meridian Times, a weekly newspaper
published in the said City of Meridian four two publications begin-
-nine with the issue of July 20, 1950, and that Notice of Public
Hearing on the said estimate and probable levy required to :raise
said sum, be published therewith. - -
Section 2. That. a statement of the entire revenue of the -.
City of ~3eridian for the previous fiscal year is as follows:-

Section 3. That the probable amount necessary for all pur-

Section 4. That. the assessed valuation of the said City of
._ Meridian for the year 1950 is approximately the sum of 970,685.00.
Section 5. Notice is hereby given that the estimated expenses
and appropriations therefor as herein set forth will require a levy

50-1102, Idaho Code, the I~'ayor and City Council will hold a
public hearing on August 7, 1950, at 8:00 otclock P. M. at the
City Hall in the said City of Ivleridian, Ada County, Idaho, at
which time and person interested may appear and protest such
proposed estimate and leer prbr to passage of the annual .
appropriation bill.
