Van Auker, please accept this application for a Time Extension for the Preliminary Plat for the subject land development project. Seyam Subdivision is located on the North side of Franklin Rd. approximately 1200 feet east of Eagle and Franklin intersection. The 39.28 acre site was approved for preliminary plat on February 6, 2007 and was granted a time extension through August 6, 2010. We are requesting an additional extension to complete the project. The Subdivision can not be completed by the expiration date due to the time invested in amending the comprehensive plan and prolonged negotiations with the potential buyer.
