Regarding: Vacation
To whom it may concern:
We are requesting the vacation of an existing irrigation easement that has been used historically for access
to irrigation by the Presbyterian Church to the West of our proposed assisted living facility. As noted on
the plan this easement is directly across a previously property line that has been changed and currently
exists where we are proposing to construct our facility.
As noted on the plans the easement will be relocated to the South of the project where the access to
irrigation will be mitigated. This has been presented and accepted by the affected users of this existing
easement and is referenced in the accompanying letter from Ringer Clarke. Please feel free to contact me if
you have any questions regarding this matter.

WHEREAS, by subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 70, on Pages 7148-7149 as
Instrument Number 95053692, in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Strasser Farms
Subdivision No. 2 granted to IDAHO POWER COMPANY an easement (the "Easement") for the
construction, operation and maintenance of certain power line facilities upon the following
premises located in Ada County, State of Idaho, to -wit:
Strasser Farms Subdivision No. 2 — a Portion of Section Government Lot 1, Section 1, T3N,
R1 W, B.M., Ada County, Idaho, 1995.
AND, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or desirable that a certain portion of the
Easement be retained.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
