As noted on the plan this easement is directly across a previously property line that has been changed and currently exists where we are proposing to construct our facility. As noted on the plans the easement will be relocated to the South of the project where the access to irrigation will be mitigated. This has been presented and accepted by the affected users of this existing easement and is referenced in the accompanying letter from Ringer Clarke.
