The special meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
on Thursday, January 13, 2000 by Robert Corrie.
MEMBERS PRESENT: ROBERT CORRIE, KEITH BIRD, RON ANDERSON,
TAMMY deWEERD, CHERIE McCANDLESS
OTHERS PRESENT: BILL GORDON, WILL BERG
Corrie: I’ll open the special meeting at 6:15 on July the 13th
. City Council is in
session to hold an Executive Session according to the State Code 67-2345(C).
I’ll entertain a motion to go into Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Anderson: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive Session. Roll-call vote;
Mr. Bird.
Bird: Aye.
Corrie: Ron Anderson.
Anderson: Aye.
Corrie: Tammy deWeerd.
deWeerd: Aye.
Corrie: And Cherie McCandless.
McCandless: Aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: Okay. I’ll entertain a motion to come out of the Executive Session.
Bird: I move that we come out of the Executive Session.
Corrie: Do I hear a second? Second made by Cherie. All those in favor say
aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: No decisions were given -- to be done in the Executive Session and if no
other business; I’ll entertain a motion to close the special session.
Bird: So moved.
Anderson: Second.
Corrie: Motion made and seconded to close the special session. All those in
favor say aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:10 P.M.
