The Special Meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 4:00 P.M.
on Monday, July 14, 2003, by Mayor Robert Corrie.
Members Present: Robert Corrie, Bill Nary, Keith Bird and Cherie McCandless.
Others Present: Will Berg.
Item 1. Roll-call Attendance:
X Tammy de Weerd X Bill Nary
X Cherie McCandless X Keith Bird
X Mayor Robert Corrie
Corrie: I will open the Meridian City Council Emergency Meeting Agenda
Monday, July 14, 2003 at 4:00 P.M. and have roll call please.
Item 2. Adoption of the Agenda:
Corrie: Okay next is the adoption of the agenda to go into Executive Session.
Do we hear a motion to accept the agenda?
Bird: Mr. Mayor.
Corrie: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move that we approve the adoption of the agenda as published.
Nary: Second.
Corrie: Okay motion made and second to adopt the agenda as published. All in
favor say aye. All ayes motion carried.
Item 3. Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1) (b):
Corrie: Item Number 3 is the Executive Session.
Bird: Mr. Mayor.
Corrie: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-
2345(1)(b).
McCandless: Second.
Corrie: Okay motion made and second. Roll call vote Mr. Berg.

Roll Call: Bird, aye; Nary, aye; de Weerd, aye; McCandless, aye.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: Okay and I don’t even get to vote.
(Go into Executive Session at 4:05 P.M.)
(Come out of Executive Session)
Bird: I’ll make a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Nary: Second.
Corrie: Motion has been made and second to come out of Executive Session.
All those in favor say aye. All ayes motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
Corrie: I entertain a motion to close the Special Meeting.
McCandless: So moved Mr. Mayor.
Bird: Second.
Corrie: Motion been made and second to close the Special Meeting. All those in
favor say aye. Meeting adjourned at 6:23.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 6:23 P.M.
