Attached is the staff report for the proposed Larkspur Subdivision No. 3 final plat application (File
#FP-10-006). This item is scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on August 24, 2010. The public
hearing wilt be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or a-mail
with any questions.
