We are proposing a 231ot subdivision, 22 of which are buildable lots, 1 of which is a common lot to remain as open space. The total project is 3.79 acres more or less. This property was originally owned and the project started by Ron Sargent of Greenspur Investments, LLC. The Preliminary Plat was submitted as Larkspur South Subdivision, it was done by Treasure Valley Engineers in October of 2006. Ron Sargent applied for a time extension on the Preliminary Plat in November of 2006, which was granted and gave a new expiration date of December 6, 2010. This property was originally zoned as RUT and has now been annexed and rezoned to R-8 per ordinance number 07-1288. This project will include two new public roads, and a continuation of an existing stub road from Larkspur Subdivision No. 2.
