Overland Road is currently being upgraded to 5 lanes. Locust Grove Road near Sageland is within the ACHD 2003 to 2008 Five-Year Work Program for improvements. Sageland will be working with ACHD to provide road right of way for future improvements to Victory Raad and Locust Grove Road. The local road access points shown on the Sageland Plat are as far away from the Locust Grove /Victory Road intersection as possible given the site constraints. The proposed private road will utilize an existing Victory Road approach used by the Richardson farm operation. The private road access to Victory road will have bollards and only be used by emergency vehicles to minimize traffic access to Victory Road and provide traffic calming. 04/25 2UU3 Ob:47 Feu 2U8888b854 MSRIDIn~~ Y&l Ls".PI. • CITY OF MERIDI9N • Platmiag & Zoning Depaamms GGO E.
