STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. The proposed streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be constructed to standazds as
required by Ada County Highway District and Meridian City Ordinance. Dimensions will be
determined by the Ciiy Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width unless
otherwise approved or detached.
2. The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and
Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. The applicant submitted a planned development
application to allow for a combination of uses, reduced setbacks, reduced frontages,
increased block Iengths, and a diversity of housing types and lot sizes. This area is designated
as Medium-Density Residential on the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
3. The development will connect to existing City water and sewer facilities. Sewer and water
plans have been provided for Public Works' review.
4. The final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, azchitectural and surveying
practices and local standards.
6. Street names do not conflict with the City grid system and are in compliance with the Street
Name Committee comments.
7. All items noted on the checklist have been included.
