SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOISE PRESBYTERY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND MERIDIAN PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT This SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT, between Boise Presbytery Property Management Committee, (hereinafter "Owner"), and the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department by and through the City of Meridian, (hereinafter "User"}, relating to the followtng facilities located at 201 W Ustick, Meridian, ID 83646: One classroom, entry bathrooms and associated parking_(hereinafter "Facilities"}, shall be effective on June 1, 2010. Owner grants User permission to use such Facilities for the following purpose: Mommy and Me Classes. taught by Sheri Do,~le; on the following dates and times: June 1 throe JuiY 22 2010• Mondays and Tuesda s oniy~ 9.30 a m - 11.30 a m ; at no cost and with no security deposit. Nothing herein shall give User the right to use the property for any other purpose or at any other date or time. Owner grants this permission upon these additional terms and conditions: 1. User shall leave the facilities in a clean and orderly condition, Alterations are not allowed and User shall repair any damage arising out of the use of the facilities under this agreement. 2. User shall maintain property damage and liability insurance in the amounts set forth in User's Certificate of Insurance, attached hereto as Exhibit A. If Owner is named as a party to a lawsuit solely because of its relationship with User and not as a result of its own conduct, ICRMP will accept a tender of its defense. Such certificate shall not be modified or cancelled without 30 days notice to Boise Presbytery Property Management Committee. 3. Owner may terminate permission to use such facilities at any time for good cause without obligation to User. 4. User shall observe and comply with all applicable local, city, county, state and federal laws, rules, ordinances and regulations relating to use of the facility. 5.
