Broadway Meridian, ID 83642 Subject: Madelynn Estates Community Pool Final Plat Modification Dear Mr. Parsons: The developer of Madelynn Estates Subdivision wishes to build a community pool on a lot: Lot 1, Block 8 that is currently designated as a home building lot. An application for a certificate of zoning compliance and design review for the new pool is also being concurrently submitted for administrative review. The change in the use of the lot will impact Note #3 regarding maintenance by the homeowners association and Note #9 regarding standards for fencing. The notes are below with the requested changes shown in red.
