The proposed property is currently parcel #51224314512- a portion of the northeast'/< of the southwest'/4 of section 24, township 3 north, range 1 west- physically located on the west side of S. Stoddard Road across from Kodiak Drive (entrance of Bear Creek No. 1 Subdivision), Meridian, Idaho. The property is owned by Tuscany Development and will be purchased by the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Utah Corporation Sole.
