The location of the proposed subdivision is shown on the attached vicinity map. On October 9, 2008, permission was granted by the Planning Department to extend the deadline for recording this final plat to June 6, 2010. Because the residential real estate market has slowed considerably, we will not be in a position to record the Bridgetower 14 final plat by that date. Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision Number 14 consists entirely ofsingle-family, residential lots. The lots will be similar in size and design to the surrounding Bridgetower subdivisions.
