This Task Order is issued by City and accepted by the Consultant pursuant to the mutual
promises, covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between the above
mentioned parties dated April 13, 2010.
Well No. 28 Pump House Construction
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Based on discussions with you and review of the project drawings, project specifications, local
construction practices and our experience on similar projects, we anticipate the scope of our
services will generally include the following:
1. Observation of contractor proof -roll activities to locate unstable areas of subgrade.
2. Observation of the footing excavations.
3. Observation and in-place density testing of fills associated with construction of the building
the building pad, utilities and parking areas.
4. Laboratory moisture -density relationship tests.
5. Fresh properties and compressive strength testing of concrete.
6. Continuous observation during grout placement activities.
7. Masonry component compressive strength tests including masonry block and grout prisms.
8. Asphalt concrete testing.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
Performing the materials testing will be on a periodic (on call) basis.
COMPENSATION
The Not -To -Exceed amount for Task Order No. 0733f is Three Thousand Three Hundred Ninety
Six 501100 dollars ($3,396.50). Costs for estimated quantities of services provided are attached
and by reference made part thereof.
