This Task Order is issued by City and accepted by the Engineer pursuant to the mutual promises,
covenant and conditions contained in the Master Agreement between the above mentioned parties
dated November 8, 2006.
BITTERCREEK LIFT STATION AND PRESSURE SEWER
CONSTRUCTION STAKING
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Surveyor's scope of services, time of completion and compensation shall be as set forth
herein. Services shall generally be described as Land Surveying Services.
Task 1 — Construction Stakina
The Surveyor will provide one set of construction stakes for approximately 11,000 LF of
pressure sewer pipe at all angle points and valves. Intermediate points will only be provided
along Amity Road. The intermediate points will be at every 500' along the pipe. The
pressure sewer pipe will only be staked for horizontal control. No vertical control will be
provided for the pressure sewer line.
The Surveyor will provide one set of construction stakes for the fence and building corners
at the lift station site. Surveyor will set one benchmark at lift station site to provide vertical
control for the contractor.
The City will provide the Surveyor with one complete set of lift station and pressure sewer
construction plans that provide the horizontal and vertical control points necessary to stake
the project.
Task 2 —As -Built Information
The Surveyor will obtain as -built information for the installed cleanouts and valves and
provide this information to the City in an AutoCAD file along with a text file containing the
point data. As -built information will be provided on project control datum.
Task 3 — Togo Existing Gravity Sewer
The Surveyor will obtain as -built information for 7 gravity sewer manholes and 2 cleanouts
previously constructed and provide this information to the City in an AutoCAD file along with
a text file containing the point data. As -built information will be provided on project control
datum.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE
Surveying services will be completed as requested to construct the lift station and pressure sewer
line. The City shall provide the Surveyor with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice of all required
staking.
COMPENSATION
The Not -To -Exceed amount for this Task Order No. 10018b is Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty
dollars ($4,280). The hourly rate for services and direct expenses is attached and by reference
made part hereof.
