Enclosed is a copy of the Water Right License issued on the above referenced
Permit.
Please be advised that one of the conditions of your permit was that a
measuring device be installed as part of your diversion works. That requirement
has been waived with issuance of the enclosed license. However, in the event
that water supply shortages become a problem installation of measuring devices
may be required.
