Dear Ross:
I am in receipt of your email concerning the project at 2600 S. Meridian Road. I can not tell if
this project will affect Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Kennedy Lateral with the
information provided. Until I can confirm this project will not affect the Kennedy Lateral I can
not address this project completely. It may in fact require a Land Use Change Application.
The Kennedy Lateral has an easement offifty-five feet (55'); twenty feet (20') left and thirty-five
feet (35') right of centerline. Please provide more detailed plans regarding impact on the
Kennedy Lateral location.
I understand all drainage is being retained onsite. This will be acceptable.
Please respond to these concerns at your earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact me if
you feel further discussion is required.
