Dear Mayor Tammy de Weerd and Council Members:
I am the authorized representative for the Time Extension Application for
and in behalf of the Cavanaugh Subdivision property owner. I am writing
to state the applicant's acceptance of the conditions of approval.
On behalf of the applicant, we accept the five Conditions of Approval as
outlined in the Staff Report for Cavanaugh Subdivision, Time Extension File
#TE-10-005. We understand that the time extension request for
Cavanaugh Subdivision is approved to August 22, 2011 subject to
compliance with the conditions as outlined in Exhibit B of the staff report.
